Our Policy and Guarantee 

Guarantee 
100% guaranteed from nose to tail and everything in between. All our German Shorthair Pointer puppies and gundogs are guaranteed to be physically healthy at time of delivery. All shots and worming will be up to date. We will guarantee the hips to be rated as fair, good or excellent in an official O.F.A. licensed X-Ray procedure. This must not be done before the dog reaches 24 months of age and can not be done after 26 months of age. Our guarantee also covers any other diagnosed genetic defects, detected by the age of 26 months. 

All my German Shorthair Pointers are guaranteed to perform as advertised. As long as these steps are followed: When you get a started or finished gundog from me, you must socialize the dog with yourself and the terrain that you will be hunting in, if different then Kansas. Work on the commands I send you, so the dog can get familiar with your voice and movements. This should be done over a two week period. Note: Young started dogs may take longer to adapt to new terrain and weather conditions, it’s a new learning experience for them. Please do not expect a young gundog to hunt all day non-stop. 

Return Policy 
We will replace a dog, do to hip dysphasia or any genetic defects for the first 26 months of the dogs age. We will trade the dog for one of equal value, Unless you decide to keep the dog. It would need to be spayed or neutered and documentation sent back to us that it has been completed. We would then refund you one half of the purchase price. (Transportation will be negotiated between both parties.)

If we replace a dog for any other reason. It must come back to us in the same condition it was sent. (Transportation will be negotiated between both parties.)

Deposit Policy 
We do not refund deposits on any of our German Shorthair Pointer puppies, started dogs, finished dogs, upcoming litters or stud fees. 

1. If you put a deposit on a started dog or finished dog to hold and decide you want something else, you can put toward another dog if available. 

2. If you put down a deposit on a upcoming litter to hold a puppy and you decided you do not like one or she happens to lose the litter for some reason. The deposit will be transferred to another litter of your choosing. 

3. Stud fees are paid in full when you drop off your bitch. If she does not take the first time, you can bring her back a second time. If she still does not take you need to have her checked out. 

Guarantee voided 
1. If the hip dysphasia is due to an injury, This will be determined by my veterinarian. 

2. If you take your gundog from the plane or my facility, right to the bird field without socializing him and then tell me he doesn’t hunt. 

3. If dogs are improperly handled, trained or abused.
